Young Scottish artist, Catriona Glover observes wind and air currents to the form work through word, image and installation. The notion of time frames every piece by translating unceasing experience. The shape of an exhaled breath channels escapism into the world as minor action takes on widespread relevance.
The work is based on the notion of inhabiting a space for a period of time and then leaving it. What is produced has become a technique to experience a space and time and an exploration of the truth of interpretation. The experiential quality of conversation and storytelling shaped a reaction to 'spending time' and the felt need for documentation in order to validate an event.
